Great food good prices can't beat the $5 big bag
Love it. Use to work here so I know the drill. It was clean and sanitary when I worked but idk about now. I do eat here though.
Very slow service and after waiting for 15 minutes order still wrong. So I waited even longer to get that corrected and all my other food got cold. Not really a good place to get a meal.
I waited in the drive-through 11 minutes before I could place my order. I was only car there, no one in lobby. After I placed my order it was another 14 before I got my burger and fries. I would've driven away had I not been famished and craving a Hardee's burger badly. It was 1:30 on Saturday afternoon.
We had a really good experience here a couple weeks ago. They were busy and service was slow for everyone it seemed. We were trying both types of their fries and the cookie for the first time. We asked for everything fresh without minding the wait. It was no problem and well worth it. They came to us straight from the fryer and were given a large after ordering smalls. It was a nice treat for fast food. The employees were very nice and kept and upbeat attitude with all the customers and co-workers despite being busy in lobby and drive-thru. Only complaints is that the lobby and bathrooms were very dirty. Also saw an employee come in from smoking and go to work, with gloves, but without washing their hands first.
