Very interesting and moderately challenging trails up into the woods. Good place if you want to get away from things.
Also, and nice open, but rustic, picnic area and trails by the river. Note: no bathrooms.
Other than snakes this is a good place to swim and fish and spend time with the family.
Trails to hike creek to swim in and picnic table to eat at what more do ya need
I highly recommend using good hiking footwear and hiking sticks.
I love this place! Especially beautiful on cool mornings. Pretty sweet hiking trails. I liked fishing here when I was a kid, but watch out scaling those slippery rocks! Probably not the best place to swim, however. I have seen a lot of snakes in the water.
